How Universal Laws Apply to Healing by Dennis J. Henson

How Universal Laws Apply to Healing by Dennis J. Henson

Recently, a fantastic question came into our radio program: "How do the universal natural laws that you talk about apply directly to our physical health and the body's ability to heal?"

It is a profound question. We often think of the universal laws of success as tools reserved strictly for business or personal finance. But the truth is, the human body is the ultimate system. When it is given the right environment, the right fuel, and the right direction, it has an incredible, natural ability to heal itself.

When I undertook my own health project, I didn't just hope for the best. I deliberately applied the exact same seven laws of success to my physical body. Here is how those laws bridge the gap between illness and true Health and Longevity.

1

Get Your Mind Right

Success in any Endeavor begins with a decision; you must determine exactly what you want. Once you have that crystal-clear vision, you need to develop a burning desire to get it. Then, believe with all your heart that you will be successful in your quest. Getting your mind right means adopting the unwavering belief that you have control over your own destiny, and forging the iron will to continue in the face of adversity. This is the exact formula that I used to Start my path to giving my body the things it needed to heal itself.

2

Seek Wisdom

You cannot fix a system you do not understand. To learn what my body truly needed, I turned my daily exercise into a mobile classroom. While I was out walking, I actively sought wisdom by listening to and watching educational YouTube videos. I studied how the body works on every level, learning exactly what it takes to thrive.

3

Develop Skills

Knowledge without application is useless. The "skill" of health is daily execution. From the wisdom I gathered, I developed what is now our 39-habit Longevity Protocol. I carefully curated these 39 specific habits, understanding exactly how each one helped to make my internal systems and major organs work better and more efficiently.

4

Make Detailed Plans

Healing requires a target. I didn't just plan my daily routine; I made a detailed, vivid plan of exactly how I would look and feel when I got well. I visualized the energy I would have, the clarity of my mind, and the physical strength I would regain. That detailed vision became the blueprint my body was actively working toward.

5

Take Massive Action

You cannot think your way into good health; you have to do the work. Taking massive action meant rigorously executing those 39 habits every single day. It meant consistently taking the right supplements, prioritizing deep sleep, and strictly following the entire protocol without excuses. Action is the engine of healing.

6

Form Great Alliances

No one achieves greatness alone, and health is no exception. I intentionally formed alliances with other people who were passionately interested in Health and Longevity. A perfect example of this is connecting with Richard. That alliance eventually led to me joining him as a co-host on the radio program “Body of Health”, allowing us to combine our efforts and share this vital information with a massive audience.

7

Be Persistent

This is where most people fail. They start feeling a little better and immediately drop their new routines. True persistence means pushing forward even when it is inconvenient. For me, persistence meant continuing to relentlessly execute all 39 habits even after my body had taken the opportunity to heal itself. Health is not a temporary fix; it is a lifelong standard.

The universal laws are not just concepts; they are the literal steps to reclaiming your vitality. Apply them to your daily routines, stick to the protocol, and your body will reward you.
